Introduction to Training Your Mind through Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Meditation

Learn various techniques to training your mind through breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation practices. In this 7-week course, Maria Lezniak will introduce the fundamental functioning of our minds and bodies, as well as, various tools for harnessing our thoughts and feelings in order to help free ourselves from their control over us and to assist us in creating a more peaceful, joyful, fulfilling, and healthy lifestyle. Each class will build on information provided in the previous class, so please make a commitment to yourself to learn some of the basic tools you need to create and live your sacred journey by following your heart and not as the victim of your mind and your past.
