• Focus: In this transformative class, participants will be guided through a sacred gratitude ceremony designed to deepen their connection to gratitude, enhance personal healing, and amplify energetic alignment. This immersive experience integrates ancient and modern modalities to create a holistic journey of self-discovery and renewal.

• Sound Healing: Relax and clear energetic blockages with soothing vibrations from crystal bowls and chimes.

• Energy Work: Ground and balance your energy through guided visualization and breathwork.

• Crystal Grid: Co-create and activate a crystal grid infused with gratitude and healing intentions.

• Light Infusion: Conclude with a guided meditation, embodying divine light and harmony.
