Women’s Heart Womb Breathwork Ceremony

Saturday December 14th 4-7pm

Exchange: $70

The intention for this ceremony is to gather together as women to harmonize your heart and

womb as one sacred union through the power of your own breath. This is an intimate medicine

journey where you will be guided deep into your soul to connect with the magic of your heart

and womb, awaken your majesty and align with the feminine intelligence living within you.

We’ll be working with the Sophia Method, a holistic, trauma informed conscious connected

breathwork created with the intention to merge your heart and womb as one. Here you will

awaken new levels of your creativity, open up the gateway to deeper connection with your

feminine divinity and birth your creations into the world from a place of deep love, passion and

divine alignment.

The ceremony will be held by Sydney Foltz, Sydney has devoted her service to support women

in awakening to their feminine power to become divine leaders of their lives through the

healings & teachings of Rose.
