Women’s Heart Womb Breathwork Ceremony

July 27th 4-7 pm

Exchange: $70

Please read all the details before signing up!

The intention for this ceremony is to gather together as women to harmonize your heart and womb as one sacred union through the power of your own breath. This is an intimate medicine journey where you will be guided deep into your soul to connect with the magic of your heart and womb, awaken your majesty and align with the feminine intelligence living within you.

We’ll be working with the Sophia Method, a holistic, trauma informed conscious connected breathwork created with the intention to merge your heart and womb as one. Your womb is the infinite space within you that houses your creative waters, your unique magic, the gateway to the heavens and beyond. Your womb thrives best when fueled by the loving light of your heart. Your capacity to love expands when your heart is rooted in the power of your womb. Here you will awaken new levels of your creativity, open up the gateway to deeper connection with your feminine divinity and birth your creations into the world from a place of deep love, passion and divine alignment.

The ceremony will be held by Sydney Foltz, a trauma informed, Sacred Feminine Breathwork facilitator, energy healer, spiritual mentor & medicine integration guide. A Chicago native who has been living between Costa Rica & Peru the past 3 years deepening her studies with different healing modalities and sharing her work both in person and online with women from all over the world. She is excited to bring the magic of this work back to her people!
