Grounding around the Naad, the vibration of the cosmos, we will use chanting, breathwork, and asanas to bridge mind, body, and spirit. We will tap into the infinite power that comes with conscious communication and expression. The workshop will round out with a relaxing reiki session and sound journey , in which participants will address limiting beliefs and reprogram their subconscious minds.

Timo Stites is a certified kundalini yoga instructor who specializes in sound current, pranayama, mudra, and asanas. Metta LaKind is a Reiki Master Teacher, Somatic Energy Practitioner, Motivational Speaker, and Performance Artist. They are the co-founders of Curación Consciousness Collective, a group of professionals, yogis, and artists, who foster community through yogic based practices and energetic modalities. CCC facilitates corporate events and trainings, workshops, and retreats.
