The Meditation Movement is an experience in sound, self-expression, and play. Join us for an improvised sonic exploration inspired by the intention to be fully relaxed and rejuvenated. The music will serve you as a guide and a point of connection from which you can choose to remain on your mat for a deeply inward experience OR come to your feet for a profound physical expression. There is no right or wrong way to participate in The Meditation Movement, ultimately it is our role as facilitators to be of service to your needs and to provide you with a safe space where you feel comfortable to allow whatever it is that needs to be expressed, to be expressed. No skills, abilities, or beliefs are needed to participate in this experience. All are welcome!
